Spread the wealth, Promises for others

I would like to express my thought , for what it's worth ,on the oil shale in the northern border region of the country ,i have no idea about the specific area .Which is why i guess maybe i see a strange problem about the way that it is going to be resourced out to oil company's on the gulf coast to refinery's that are out of date. As i understand it there have been no new refinery's build in years why can't a new one be built next to the resource . Wouldn't that be smarter than pushing it clear across country to old refining stations that have to be upgraded anyway . Being closer to the resource would change the dynamic wouldn't it, there wouldn't just be one oil center for dispersal and refinement, there would be more jobs for the local economy less chance of shut downs due to weather, which in only 1 area can be blamed on cost increases which are naturally passed on to the public. But by having two separate widely spaced, 1 new and with the latest updates, and one on a different coast would seem to be safer, for the national security, the economy as a whole, and the local work force, a boost to the tax revenue in the region, plus protecting the Aqua fer. How many pluses does the local, state, and national government need, isn't the Federal Government for the best for all / most of the people not just the few rich .We are stronger as nation by our diversity and expanding our horizons not by centralizing our resources in one economy or area.    Keywords; Diversify,  Decentralize, Northern tax and Revenue , Safety .

Onword and Upward

I have been watching these television programs on ancient aliens about moving large stones with ease, aside from having a different perspective of labor then to now, such as manual labor as appose to horse power and more of a team effort (massive manual labor) for a given cause against modern labor( single mechanical labor) using horse power. With this proof  in Florida of the dreamer moving large stones  for his garden, why don't people look for the only electrical current known about in the far past which Egyptians and other ancient peoples knew about was battery or direct current as apposed to alternating current. In as much as this type is the most easy to discover wouldn't that be the most likely way to look and get off this idea (latent insecurity about humanity's ability to accomplish great things by it self)and realize that we as a civilization can get by on our own very well ,sometimes better with out aliens, gods,or supreme beings. Haven't we been putting ourselves down enough, and need to  realize that we can accomplish the great and unbelievable in our own right, by working together as a global society, with the myriad of our own  perspectives with out outside help. Time to grow up and in learning our own self worth as humanity realize despite our failures we have come along way,and will learn as we grow on our own. Keywords; Self worth, Growth, Social Growth.
