Help the average american citizen

    With the economy depressed as it is and no jobs available the government should think about a consistent stimulus plan, why not start a several yr. plan to refurbish our infrastructure, as in highway improvement ,bridge repair etc. thro' a government plan to revitalize the country. If you continue to increase jobs with government  backing over a period of time 5yrs.+ people will start to gain confidence in themselves and start reinvesting in their own self employment projects. Also the government will be able to side step the all for me profit, banks and lending establishments seem to have. What better way for Uncle Sam to get even/back for the bailout  money fiasco that only helped the rich get richer. By using questionable foreign aid money and get around private lending agents for a win,win situation for the government and the average citizen . Because it seems that sense the top 1% of the people in this country are the only ones that benefit as things are.Why not suppose that 5% of  the people that are in the country are greedy and self centered thinking only of themselves at the expense of the rest of  people. Which leaves around a least 75% of the populous that are more interested in just making a decent wage so that they can invest in themselves sensibly with the benefit going to the country and conversely the majority of the population and its entrepreneurial spirit.
